We want you to love your new pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewelry in its original En Route packaging and ensure it is securely packed in a shipping box to prevent damage.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
